How to retrieve your emails using the Outlook app
The following are instructions for the Outlook app for all phones and tablets.
To set up a new Outlook app mail account
Download Outlook app from the Play Store or App Store if you don't already have and either sign in or create a new Microsoft account
Select Settings (icon with cog) - Accounts - Add account - Email account - type your email address given by *Seren Web and select Add Account and duplicate these settings with your own full email address and own password:

Email address is your full email address supplied by *Seren Web
Display name is the name you wish folks to see in their in-box when you send them a message.
Description is your private label to identify this mail box
Incoming email server must be mail.serenweb.com
IMAP port is 993
Port security must be set to SSL
IMAP user name is your full email address
IMAP password is your password supplied by *Seren Web
Outgoing email server must be mail.serenweb.com
IMAP port is 465
Port security must be set to STARTTLS
IMAP user name is your full email address
IMAP password is your password supplied by *Seren Web
Select Sign in and all should work!

How to access your email
You can have as many email addresses as you need! We can manage the accounts for you, supply sign in so you can set up and control your mail boxes or we can update MX mail records to allow your email to be handled by eg another Microsoft 365 account.
Access your emails now
You only need your user name and password to access your email
You can use either Roundcube or Horde (or even both!) - simply try both and use the software which is best for you
