seren web is run and managed by Mike Slater. "I started seren web in 1995 to run business websites. My background in the visual arts and 25 years of computing programming are combined to engineer effective websites."

Availability is very important for your website or email accounts so our Service Level Agreement is designed to protect you against unreasonable downtime in our service.
Our SLA

Hosting and content management of your site

We use Linux web servers with our technical partners at UKServers for hosting all our websites. We are committed to supplying a fast, reliable service and currently enjoy access times well above industry standard. We have access time of over 99.999% ensuring that your site is available 24hours/7days with the following service:

1. Unlimited Gigabytes of web space for your website. This means you can have (within reason) as many images and text pages and documents and videos as the site requires
2. Unlimited Gigabyte of data transfer is permitted per month (within reason). Data transfer occurs whenever a visitor accesses the website. Even if there are peaks in your visitors, your website will still run as we always give your website as much traffic as it requires
3. E-mail and telephone and messenger and social media messenger technical support in running the site, 95% of all queries responded within 59 minutes
4. Website content changes as required by email instruction or online systems to allow you to make any changes such as latest news
5. Coding to optimise site for main search engines so your site achieves a prominant position on the main search engines and directories for the search terms relevant to you
6. Fully responsive website which reacts to all screens, whether PCs or phones to display the website clearly and onward development to make sure the website remains workable on the latest handsets, tablets and PCs
7. Domain registration - ongoing re-registration of your domain names and as many email accounts as you require
8. Secure SSL website and fully compliant to data regulations including GDPR and other privacy legislation.

The Cost

Cost:
MONTHLY COST
£45 per month - no UK VAT
SETUP FEE from £475 - no UK VAT
Payment schedule is then £475 when you are completely happy with the new website and then £45 per month
In year 1 cancel if not happy and no payment is due. After year 1 cancel any month and you will have full Plesk server access so can transfer your website and all property to your prefered third party server

Guarantee and payment

No money is due unless you are completely satisifed with the design and function of the website. The payments can be made monthly quarterly or annually depending on your preference. You may cancel the contract at any time with 1-day notice. ALL website content is your property and you are free to move anywhere.
